It applies to gym owners, gym staff, and gym members whose data is entered into the Service by a Gym Account holder.

Data is stored on servers used to operate the Service, with access restricted to authorised personnel and protected using industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we encourage Gym Account holders to use strong passwords and restrict staff access appropriately.

Depending on your role and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal data. Gym Account holders can manage most member and staff data directly within the app. Requests can also be sent to help@thefitnesss.com.
Member data is entered into the Service by the Gym Account holder, who is responsible for having appropriate consent from their members to store this data and send them communications through the Service. Members who have questions about their data should contact their gym directly in the first instance; thefitnesss can assist where required.
thefitnesss is intended for use by gym owners and staff who are adults. Gym members recorded in the system may include minors where a gym enrols them with parental/guardian consent obtained by the gym; thefitnesss does not knowingly collect data directly from children through the app interface itself.
